thing is
you have to use a setup that fits your playstyle
doesnt matter how weird it is
if you play well with it
use it
and 1 more thing, i reccomand you to try and learn how to hotkey, although it may seem difficult at start
if you ever quit mcsg, it will help you massivly in other pvp minigames

What stealthy said is right. I have a REALLY Unusual set up.

1) Gapple
2) Bow
3) FnS
4) Arrows
5) Food
6) Rod
7) Weapon C
8) Weapon B
9) Prime Weapon.

It works for me. Just find your way You'll be fine.

Use hotkeys cuz your 2 main focuses for mouse should be clicking and aiming. adding more responsibilities only makes the other 2 go down.

Try using "c" as a spriting key, I do really recommend you using this.

Slot 5 - 8: Food (Scroll)

Slot 9: G'apple (Q on keyboard)

These hotkeys also work for me in Potion PvP. All my hotkeys work out great for quick splashing and easy refills.
