Also corn is too bunched up. Here is away to make the podiums less bunched up.
Your "first podiums" should be 26 blocks away from the centre of corn. To hard to explain the rest so here's some pics.

It was a good idea and like others said, it lacked quite a large amount of detail. Good effort!
