GTA 5 question

I am currently level 17 in GTA online. What is the easiest and or quickest way to level up. I play with friends who are also around level 15. Any tips on how to level up?

Use glitches and stuff. I don't actually play, but my friend is 120 I think.

Missions, especially the ones that give you a lot of RP and money. If I'm looking to play a mission, I'll use "Quick Join" on my phone to find myself a mission, 9/10 the missions that it connects me to are good ones. I'm level 52
