Once I use hack,then i get banned and i said ''I never use hack again!'' But someone is recorded me.Then I again get banned but i dont use hack..! then one player recorded me again and said he use aimbot. i dont use hack,aimbot,killaura,regen etc. and my mouse is very good. I promise. Please unbanned Alperkeskiner

Then don't hack.

Due to this thread constantly being spammed from people who aren't actually 'reading' the guide and posting their Ban Disputes here, I have edited the guide blatantly showing where to post your Ban Dispute, also note I will be locking this thread as there is no real reason to even keep it open as it's only purpose is to be a guide.

This thread has been updated, moved to the General Support section, and stickied as an official guide to posting a ban dispute.

Fixes and edits to the thread include, but are not limited to:

I have a question about bans! I just went to go play on the sever, never have before and already during my first attempt to sign in it says i am banned permanently because my account is publicly available. Now I have no idea whats this means or how to change it... but why am I banned?

Ah, lets me explain this one

There were a few lists on the internet available with account information for everyone to play on, this means they've posted the account ID and password, so everyone was able to acces those accounts. To prevent anyone doing any harm to our servers on those accounts they were all banned, this is because everyone could acces them and they didn't have to deal with the consequences of a ban since they could just grab another account from the list to play/hack on.

Those account have most likely been gathered by some sort of clickbait where you had to enter your minecraft id and password for example: "Get a free minecon cape" or something like that. When you entered your account info it would be directly send to owner of that clickbait and they decided to set those account publicly available.

Now on to your question on how to get unbanned. You'll have to message a senior moderator and he'll help you through the process. He'll probably ask to change your minecraft password or something like that, I'm not completely sure on the procedure.

Anyone on THIS LIST with a dark red name which has the "Sr. Mod" tag. However, I know from personal experience Ceroria usually responds really fast
