Agreed, Majora's Mask.
I believe Twilight Princess tried to hard to be dark, where as Majora's Mask did it perfectly.

Heh, personally my favourite is Ocarina of Time gameplay wise. Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword are also great due to the amazing soundtrack.
