Donation Problem. (Help?)

I purchased Iron Donator a week ago, and I now want to purchase the Diamond Rank.
When I go to the donation page it wont let me buy any more ranks for EU Servers as I have already bought Iron..
Can a member of staff please help me?
Maybe demote me so I can buy it?
