Donated over 30hrs ago and sent email but not taken effect

Hi i donated yesterday and its been way more than 24hrs, i have also sent an email about 6 hours ago but i still have not been given the donator capabilities, on my profile it says im a donator but in the game im not. Thanks

If you donated but not received your perk outside the 24 hours we promise you, please email [email protected] with your forum and Minecraft username plus when you purchase the upgrade. We will adjust your time accordingly so you will make sure you will get your full month.

When Chad gets on and looks at them and adds you to the list, your time WILL be adjusted to give you your full time.

You should be a donator already... are you sure you are joining a EU server? Since EU donor has no effect on US servers.
