Does MCSG IP ban players?

So basically I'm curious af to know if MCSG ip bans players. If so, how do you get IP banned?

IMO mcsg should IP ban hackers. Most of the hackers on this server are actually well known players hacking for the fun of it.

We do not ip ban since if we ban their ip we also ban anyone that plays MCGamer that lives in their house, which is incredibly unfair on them.

IP bans aren't possible with our current bungee setup. It's also an inconvenience for siblings who also may play the game.
