DM arenas for every map?

There should be a section in "Map downloads and discussions" called "Deathmatch arenas." Here, people can submit their dm arenas for specific maps. Then the staff will choose the best ones and add them to mcsg.

It would make it fun and there wouldn't be any extra stuff in the center if it was separate from the regular map

Well if it becomes a thing, we would want to do the deathmatch arena's for our maps, unsure how the other map makers would feel

If map makers wish, they can have a deathmatch arena for their maps. The only requirements are that the arena has to be in the map, and can't be accessible. The best place for it to be would be underground or outside the dome.

If any map makers who have maps on the servers would like to have an arena added, simply build it into your map, and send the new world save to a Sr. Staff member.

I didn't know that, I just figured it was a separate part of the map they teleport to at the end

well is it going to become a requirement, we can do it if its required, but if its purely a choice thing we have other projects we are currently working on

Yup, it's completely optional, but it can also make a map a lot better and fun to play on when you know you're going to see something unique and interesting if you survive until the end.
