We have received a number of reports of peoples' ranks disappearing seemingly out of the blue. This was caused by a glitch that has since been fixed, but a number of users may still be affected in the future.
So if you join our servers and you discover that your rank is missing without reason, please email our support team at [email protected]. Be sure to include your ingame MC name and your forum name, and we will restore your rank ASAP.
