Clicking Help

I know this is in SG Discussions, but I want to know how to click faster without jitter clicking, because I'm not taking the risk of damaging my arm for a game. Seems pointless.
Anyways,
Do any of you know how to click extremely fast without jitter clicking (100+ per sec?) I need you guys' help!!
I get 55 clicks per 10 seconds atm, I know, embarrassing, but that's why I made this thread.

Cheatcode : Use both sides of mouse, each side counts as one. I once got up to 300 with it xD

Real way : Concentrate. Focus on your enemy.. Then once you click there's no going back, then I just realized I got FIRST

To be honest, I doubt it should necessarily matter about how fast you click, but how accurate you hit it.

The rate you're going to is fine because minecraft can barely keep up 6 clicks per second let alone 100. And if you think about it, jitter-clicking alone doesn't hurt your arm, it's simply just clicking 100+ per second, so no matter what you really can't do anything but just practice and get Minecraft's max clicking speed.

Well, whenever I am fighting someone good on MCSG, I literally just slam my arm into the mouse to make it faster :3

On a more serious note, some people tell me to keep my hand flat on the mouse before clicking. Idk how to do that, lol
