happens in-game. there were 4 tributes and about 16 spectators.
cave spider spawner trap at coordinates x: -1784 y: 67.6 z: -272, trap protecting a chest with pressure plate. Pressure plate is supposed to spawn cave spiders ( it does this very well) but unfortunatly, it kills the spider on its own ( suffocation in rock I belive).
