Hello everyone my name is NoHacksJustPing. About 2 months ago, I decided to make a Survival Games map based on Bikini Bottom from Spongebob. There has recently been no work on the map since the server expired. However, today I have it saved on a singleplayer world and I plan to be working on it much more. Thus, I decided to post this thread again with more information.
Our Goals With This Map:
Pvp orientated map
- Lots of flat land.
- No grass to prevent invisible fires.
- Chests at cornucopia are not at eye level, so you can bow easily.
- Chokepoints - we have created various chokepoints throughout the map in order to kill teams etc.
- This map takes into consideration people with not as good computers so they can enjoy it.
- Goo Lagoon is at the edge of the map and is very small to prevent people from swimming away.
Short Games
- No one likes long Fortune Island games
- This is the smallest a map can be
- Minimal buildings (only important ones)
- Not many levels like Avaricia
Able to have clan battles
-As I mentioned before there are some chokepoints
- Lots of different routes with evenly spread out tier 1's and tier 2's throughout the map
- Not too many buildings to hide in
Map that looks good
- Even though it's made of mostly sand like TSG2 and Eye of Horus, we try to spice things up by adding jungle colored grass and water which adds variety.
-We are trying our best to replicate Bikini Bottom in a blocky game.
Bring back childhood memories and to make you smile.
-There are various signs with quotes that spark your memory of your childhood days.
- Secrets hidden throughout the map that are not to OP and relate to the show.
