Better /disguise

I think you should be able to choose your own disguise name. But it cant already be taken

Now, let's say someone starts to dislike another player or staff member. This feature is implemented, and they could disguise as the player they dislike. They start to intentionally abuse others, or claim that they'll dos the server, in the hopes of getting that player banned or demoted. You claim that we can just blacklist names, but we'd need to black list the name of every person that has ever played on our servers. We've had over 2.5 million unique players on our servers, so that makes it a little more challenging. You also have to remember that we're still having people join for the first time, so that number will continually go up.

Maybe it could be like the essentials plugin. In the essentials plugin, you are unable to choose a players name who is/has been on the server

Every fix has a bypass. If they do blacklist names then it'll take a lot of time and they have better things to do, my opinion. This can easily be abused with no doubt about it...

Maybe it could be like the essentials plugin. In the essentials plugin, you are unable to choose a players name who is/has been on the server

So let's say there is a YouTuber that has a high subscriber count, but has never played on the server. Someone can easily disguise as them, and either:

1) Pretend to be him for popularity.
Or:
2) Hate on other players, causing people to start bringing hate to their channel.

Although the idea seems good, players can still very well abuse this.

Just understand this, it will never be back implemented into the MCGamer Network.
If you keep on discussing it's going to get nowhere.
