APPLICATION PROCESS
Declined: Let's say you just could not do it, and you end up getting declined. That does not mean you're not going to ever be part of Avire. That basically means you need to do better, or improve. It's not because we do not like you. But if you end up getting declined, then wait 1 week before you apply again. Then the next time you apply you might just get it.
Pending: Let's say you get accepted into "Pending", that means for the next few days or so, you will be a applicant. Meaning, you MUST be active on the teamspeak or skype calls, getting to know your future members and just getting to know them better. If you complete this stage you will be promoted to Trial.
Trial: Let's say you get accepted as a trial, that means you are part of the team but not quite ready to be part of Battles. As a trial, you will be in Scrimmages. Most of the trials will take part of a Scrimmage if they are online. If you do well in scrimmage, you have a shot at becoming a member of Avire. Which brings me to the next section.
Member: Let's say you get promoted to a member of the clan Avire, that means your now officially a true member of Avire. Which also means, you will now start taking part of Clan Battles. So keep on working and you will soon be a member of Avire.
