Is it just me or are the breeze island chests weird too?

Breeze Island's chest tiering is screwed up at corn, as some of them are tier 1 sometimes. But, this is only for SG2 on Classic SG. They are bugged and I'm not going to play until it's fixed. (Unless it already is, which is why I want to know, therefore I posted this thread)
