I did make a profile post about it, but I wanted to get more opinions.

What anime should I watch and where should I do so?

I'm guessing I'm gonna get alot of replies, which is a good thing because I need to do things other than YT and MCSG.

So, spam away...

Here goes. Here are some really good shows.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. 9/10
What's it about?
A semi Slice of Life about Haruhi, who just so happens to unknowningly posses the powers of a God. The show is shown mainly from Kyon's perspective, a pessimistic average guy who happens to befriend her. He makes plenty of funny sarcastic comments.
Where to watch?
SUB: http://www.crunchyroll.com/the-melancholy-of-haruhi-suzumiya
DUB: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL5D4F18ABEB2EB13F
Tips:
I would suggest watching it in the season 2 chronological order, rather than the original airing order (info here: http://haruhi.wikia.com/wiki/Category:Episodes), also be sure to see the film 'The Disapearance of Haruhi Suzumiya.' It's widely regarded as one of the best Anime films.

Usagi Drop. 9/10
What's it about?
While attending his grandfather's funeral, thirty-year-old bachelor Daikichi is surprised to discover that his grandfather had an illegitimate child with an unknown mother! The rest of his family, fearing the obligation and embarrassment, want nothing to do with the silent little girl, Rin. Sensing her imminent abandonment and outraged by his complacent family members, Daikichi decides to adopt her himself!

Tips:
A very simple yet pleasing Slice of Life. Very cute, with great art and music, definitely a show to watch if you're depressed or suffering from post-anime depression.

Trigun. 8/10
What's it about?
Vash the Stampede has a bounty on his head of 60 billion double-dollars. He is widely feared, yet it seems that in reality he's never taken a life. In fact he's a pacifist.
Where to watch?
SUB:
DUB:
sub and dub are also on Netflix
Tips:
Make no mistake, though the first half of this series focuses more on comedy and is quite family friendly, the series takes a dark turn and begins to deal with some serious themes.

Log Horizon. 9/10
What's it about?
The insanely popular MMORPG Elder Tale is reaching it's 10th anniversary. A new expansion pack is coming out, with much more being added. Famed strategist Shiroe returns to the game but mysteriously all those who played on launch day are teleported within the game.
Where to watch?
SUB: http://www.crunchyroll.com/log-horizon
http://www.hulu.com/log-horizon
DUB: Not Released Yet.
Tips:
Don't mistake this with other shows such as .hack or SAO, this show focuses on world-building, strategy, and politics, and the action plays a much more minor role.

OTHER GOOD SHOWS (All watchable on Crunchyroll.com):
Outbreak Company, Nisekoi, Nichijou, Humanity has Declined, Magi, The Tatami Galaxy, Mekakucity Actors, Servant x Service, Wagnaria.

GOOD CURRENTLY AIRING/RECENT SHOWS(All watchable on Crunchyroll.com):
Sagebou, Aldnoah.Zero, Captain Earth, LocoDol, there are quite a few more good ones I've heard of, but I'm waiting on a lot of them so I can binge-watch them.

Yeah. Crunchyroll ordered them non-chronologically, but the YouTube uploader ordered them chronologically.

I'm only on YouTube because Crunchyroll said I couldn't watch it in my region :p. Oh well, thanks anyway. I had watched about 4-5 episodes when you commented anyway and I was looking on that Wiki link for the episodes to see if I was getting the order right, which I did. Thank-you very much for your help. I'm addicted so I'm guessing I'll be finishing this series pretty soon and write some stuff about it on here :).

Edit - Arrrrrrgh! Just realised your signature came from Haruhi. Didn't even notice  I'm so mad.

Not really. That's basically the equivalent of calling SAO a rip-off of .hack//sign. I've not seen SAO, but from what I've heard, it's focus is Action and Romance based, while Log Horizon (as I said) focuses on world-building, realistic characters, strategy, and politics with a minor romance sub-plot. Also it seems that generally LH is regarded to be far superior to SAO, at least if you look at it objectively.

Literally the only thing they really share is 'trapped in a video game', and even then SAO is a advanced VR game, while LH is much more of a realistic common MMORPG, as the writer of the story spent a lot of time playing MMOs like Ragnorok Online and WoW.

Not sure if you were joking or not, just annoys me when people compare them like they're the same thing. :p

It is, its just really hard to explain.
Baccano! (バッカーノ! Baccano!?, Italian for "racket" or "ruckus", Italian pronunciation: [bakˈkaːno]) is a Japanese light novel series written by Ryohgo Narita and illustrated by Katsumi Enami. The series, often told from multiple points of view, is mostly set within a fictional United States during various time periods, most notably the Prohibition era. It focuses on various people, including alchemists, thieves, thugs, Mafiosi and Camorristi, who are unconnected to one another. After an immortality elixir is recreated in 1930 Manhattan, the characters begin to cross paths, setting off events that spiral further and further out of control.

Yup....

Anyone here watching/seen Mushi-shi? It's a really interesting show, with almost a fairy tale (not 'fairy tail')like aspect to it. I particularly love it because the show has a sort of calming-ness to it, along with that, the show doesn't try to force a moral down your throats, rather it shows you realistic situations (within the premise of the show) and lets us consider for ourselves what we would consider right or wrong.

#Anime Update 20132894523856239472154218634a7364

Finished Mushi-shi S1. Wow. This series is the epitome of melancholic. I would describe it as bitersweet, every 'happy' ending has a sad side to it, and every 'sad' ending has a semi-happy side to it. It is a collection of non-overarcing stories following Ginko, a mushi-shi. Mushi are a strange branch of creatures who don't follow the normal laws of nature. Not much is known about them, and not everyone can see them. Ginko travels far and wide, assisting people and attempting to spread knowledge on how to deal with mushi. Along with that, it's all availible to watch on YouTube! (Both subbed and dubbed, though I think Ginko's voice is better in the sub). Animation and soundtrack are brilliant as well.

Finished FLCL. Weird. Just...weird. Packed to the brim with seemingly random nonsensical-ness, sexual innuendos and wacky characters, Fooly Cooly may be the strangest thing I've seen. Worth checking out. Great OST as well.
ps it's all a metaphor for puberty

Started Engaged to the Unidentified. A pretty generic rom-com, throws in a supernatural aspect to it, but then fails to do anything special with it. I'll probably finish it, but I wouldn't recommend it. There's much, much better stuff out there when it comes to Romantic Comedies.
