Allow the crafting of buckets/placing of lava.

Lava is just OP seriously and can be easily reused.

You can get to inaccessible areas and even escape the map with water buckets...

Neither, if you manage to have both, you can make cobble (or obsidian) and if you do it right, you could potentially build out of the map, unless some plugin I am unaware of prevents this.
