I would say Elgoldo he is a AMAZING MCSG Player, probably the bets but he doesn't play as much that is why he is not first on the Leaderboards.

On AU I would say darkrai202 who was one of the first people to use Fishing Rod tactic and, as you said has some really good tactics.
