Active member recognition on servers?

Mod apps and active member a different. While one will only get mod if they deserve it, active member is not regulated. Any random guy could spam for active member and receive the title but there's no way to "spam for mod."

Yeah, there isn't really a good comparison to spamming for active member (at least not that I know of), but that was the closest that I could think of off the top of my head.

This would make the forums a jumbled mess of people trying to spam to get an in-game rank.

Meh, just an idea. Since the outcome of it would result in spamming the forums, I guess it shouldn't be added.
