As said before in this thread, this is well possible to add, but we do have quick and easy ways of reporting a user.
First you could go back to the Hub after dealing with the hacker and look for a moderator to tell about the hacker, or second you could go on TeamSpeak (download here http://www.teamspeak3.com/teamspeak-download.php) and poke a moderator about this hacker.
This will probably not be added because people could abuse it and with the size of our server, moderators might be flooded with these and it would be hard to know who is dealing with what report and we might have issues with confusion. It was a good and helpful idea, though! ^.^
