Mcsg App

I know it is a lot of work, but an mcsg app in the future would be really good. It is very hard to navigate the website on an iPad so I thought an app would be a good idea. Tell me what you think.

This has been requested many times and brought up in the Developer Q & A's multiple times (although I don't remember the answer) and has yet to be created.

I think rather than making an app, they just upgraded the mobile forum software somehow a while ago to make it easier to navigate and such. I still think making an app would make forum browsing a lot easier on mobile devices, but at least for android since android would probably be easier to make than iOS (although iOS should get it too if possible).

I agree with HalfSquirrel if making an app is to expensive or hard to find people to do it for them. Then Improve their mobile site. I'm on my iPhone most of the time on the forums and it's annoying I'll tell you that.

The only problem I have with mobile is profiles, so as long as that gets fixed I'm fine.

An app wouldn't necessarily fix the hard navigation issues on mobile devices. Mcsg needs to make a thing where there is a mobile and computer version of the forums. That way comments, profiles, etc wouldn't be messed up.

Theres really no need for an app if they can fix the Mobile forums. However, theres an application for Android which is made for MCSG —Named Cornucopia apparently. click here to see the app.

My answer to this suggestion is, this has been thought and has been brought up into events such as Developers Q&A. —done a while ago— but its not a priority for now.

Priorities don't really matter. Of course some major things may go ahead of others, but with things like these the developers have also said that they will do whatever the community wants. So if this idea is popular enough, then they may consider doing it sooner than later.
