No Feature Suggestions Area

No administrative members look here anyways. And if they do, they never even add anything here anyways.

I'm posting here to prove you wrong.
The fact is that I peruse the Feature Suggestion section when I can whilst I'm on my forum patrol. I've even helped get two player-suggested features added.

The reality is that a lot of these feature suggestions either aren't feasible, aren't possible, or aren't practical. Players don't always have knowledge of development nor past suggestions, so they suggest what they personally want to see. But the other aspect is that feature development operates on a very scarce resource: Developer attention. We have to prioritize certain things over others (usually at Chad's discretion), so a lot of the luxury features that players suggest here must get pushed aside to let the Devs focus on more important work (such as new gametypes, bug fixes, and server maintenance). It's the harsh reality of economic scarcity. If only there were more qualified developers in the world...

While we may not have the patience to reply to everyone's feature suggestion (and crush their hopes and dreams of having a feature added), I do thank everyone who does take the time to reply with honest feedback. You all have my thanks.

For that reason, it's been marked as an empty post and thus removed. Please do not clutter up serious discussions with self-important posts about how you disregard thoughtful posts and important responses because it's not short enough for your convenience.

This thread has basically been answered already. The Feature Suggestions section is not going away any time soon.
