Fence food trick

Ok, everyone knows the trick were you are running and on the way you right-click a fence and it auto-feeds you.
I have talked to a Sr. Staff and they said it was bannable. Well, I heard from TOXICWASTEII (ItsToxicFinest) that it is not bannable and I saw him do it on a video. I told him that I was pretty sure it was bannable. But like 3 other people and toxic responded to me and said it wasn't but it was on hive. Is it bannable or not?

No it's not bannable, as it's a glitch with the Minecraft coding and not the coding of a certain plugin, making it out of servers' control.
