Nobody can be so stupid as to use an illegeal hacked client and think it is allowed, unless they were mentally incapable of playing a computer game.

Then there are the falsely-accused. Everyone makes mistakes and everyone has those amazing moments, it's the outliers like that that we have to account for too. But I do not want to increase the risk of false-positive perma-bans simply because of a policy. People may not feel welcomed in a community where playing too well may earn them a hack accusation and a perma-ban to boot. Ban Disputes do exist, but that's an added level of complexity that most people will not want to deal with, and they'll just pack up and leave to play elsewhere instead.
This fits my past gaming life so well I'm chilled to the bone and crying. Very well done.

My logic? Ban them on first site of hacks.

Why give people that blatantly ruin the game for others a second chance? I'm too cynical to believe that a hacker would just "give up his ways" due to a ban that wouldn't stop him the first time around.

Lets not talk about hacked clients, how bout bsm? It is a commonly used mod and some new players might not know it is illegal on the mcgamer network.
And for some reason their dispute fails.. That'd be said.

But i guess that doesnt matter anymore because our awesome Devs have come up with a plugin which auto-kicks the player when bsm is detected. But still, you get the point.

Would be useful, but what about the people that already got their 2 chances? That would be unfair to new users.
