I'm sorry what? What do you mean by an "Administration Fee"? If you're talking about the rank Admin then you have a lot to learn in this community. You can only get Admin by being promoted from Moderator to Sr.Moderator to Admin. The only ranks you can pay for are Iron Donor, Gold Donor, and Diamond Donor. And just wondering where did you spend this money for this "Administration Fee"?

I believe this may be in reference to either the chargeback fee, or the administration fee required to transfer your donor to another account.

When purchasing an administration fee you have to email [email protected] with the reason.

PLEASE READ!: Do not purchase these Items unless otherwise instructed by our support via [email protected]! If you purchase these items without contacting us first, nothing will happen.

For example, purchase it and email them "Hello, I would like donor transferred from Stevederp to Baccaderp. I purchased an administration fee and the transaction ID is 123456789.

Then after a day or two you will get a response saying something like:

"Hello, We can confirm that you purchased the Administration fee. Your ranks should now be transferred properly."

As has been said the use of the administration fee is to transfer your donor from your account to another account.

If you look above the section where you buy the administration fee you will see this message

"PLEASE READ!: Do not purchase these Items unless otherwise instructed by our support via [email protected]! If you purchase these items without contacting us first, nothing will happen."

Contact the email underlined above and explain the situation to them.
