Rubber Banding

So recently I have started using the better sprint feature in Minecraft 1.7.4. I am not sure if it is the only cause of this but I know it is one cause. I have recently been getting 'rubber banded' very frequently in-game. I am sure it is nothing to do with my connection as this never occurs on other servers. I feel when ever I am just about to escape a battle or am just about to kill someone after an epic chase, I get rubber banded and die or the person im chasing escapes. This has been happening VERY frequently. As I said I have been using the new sprint feature and I can see how that can cause some confusion with the servers anti-hacking plugins. What I don't understand is when I am just plain out sprinting and it happens. I can not figure out how to fix this and it handicaps my PVP performance. I try not to get to overly aggrivated when it happens, but as it has happened quite a few times by now, I am just tired of it. If anyone has any ideas how to fix it, please help me out.

It is a bug that has been with the MCSG servers for sometime now. I think it is an issue with our PVP-based plug-ins if I am not mistaken. I am sure a dev could shed some light on the issue.

I'm no Dev, but I do certainly know why it happens.

It is because of NoCheat+, first of all NoCheat+ is a PvP plugin to prevent hacking (flying, extremely fast sprinting things like that) so that hackers can't hack. Now, this plugin, as good as it seems, is quite sketchy most of the time with it needing to be tweaked constantly. When the servers were running full 1.6, people using hacked, or modded clients such as BSM were always lagged back or 'rubber banded' because they were instantly sprinting as the hit the ground with no delay.

Now seeing as the servers are 1.6/1.7 compatible, 1.7 users will feel the full effect of rubber banding because of the new toggle sprint. 1.7 toggle sprint is practically a replacement for 1.6 BSM. Once all the servers completely upgrade to 1.7, and once the devs tweak the NCP for that version, rubber banding shouldn't be too much of a hassle.
