How do I submit my videos on Youtube to the Media section on the forums?

Just go to the media section, copy the link from your youtube video, and press the button next to the picture button, the one that looks like this...

and then insert media.

I have found an easier way, there is a tab that says Submit Media. Click that and enter the URL of your video.

Both videos I submitted still haven't appeared on the Recent Media list. Perhaps it's different on the non-mobile version? Is there some kind of staff approval process before the videos are publicly viewable by others? ((Actually that last idea was a pretty sharp suggestion. GOOD JOB ME!))

You were actually relatively close to spot on. I think once the media is suggested, a staff member has to review it to see if there is any kind of rule breaks.
