Not Enough CA Staff Around

This may come off as a bit of a complaint, but I'm sure a lot of CA players are feeling the same way that I do. Just this week, I have come across at least 6 hackers. Now since there is no CA hub, my best bet it to send in a video. My computer as of right now takes forever to open up a recording system, and by the time it opens the hacker has died or won. The other option that I normally use is to contact a staff member on TeamSpeak. Sometimes this works, but most of the time I've been getting no replies from these members. I am making this thread to ask is there an easier way to contact a staff member? Or do we need more staff members moderating CA servers, or maybe we just need more active staff members on CA servers. I don't know. All I know is that I'm getting a little annoyed at the fact that I'm being killed by hackers and there's nobody I can contact quick enough to catch them. I'll try and keep my Fraps open to record them, but I haven't been able to get one hacker banned out of the six I've seen this week.

We understand. But we need to encourage people of CA to apply for mod.

As TheBluemeerkat said, MCSG does need more CA people to apply. As for staff members not replying to you on TeamSpeak about a rule-breaker, if you believe they are not doing their job properly it is best to contact an administrator to discuss that matter through the forums, TeamSpeak or by emailing them.

I can understand that mods have lives too and can busy at times, but there is indeed a shortage of CA staff moderating the servers. On CA servers, the 2 main mods I see are DPinky and Zainyyy. I believe that 2 staff members is not enough.

I knew of several US mods who constantly had to go onto the CA servers to moderate because of the lack of moderators on said region.

I would actually agree with this. We need some CA players to apply for Mod who are active and helpful. I can think of several candidates.

I'm sorry that Mods don't respond to you; they could be AFK, or as Lulu said, choosing not to handle the situation. If they do not respond, try contacting a few other Mods, there'll be at least one willing to help out.

If I happen to pass my or interview, I'd be interested in playing more CA to try to help.

If I pass my interview I will try to look into getting onto the CA hub regularly.
