I have a GTX 660 and I get 100-200 fps on high settings. I practically never drop below 60 fps (even while recording).

Sir, before asking any questions tell us your budget.
Because without budget, I'd reccomend on two Titans.

The graphics card isn't a huge deal with minecraft, it is more about your processor and your RAM. To get high FPS in minecraft, I'd recommend at least an i7 processor and 6 GB of Ram, which is what I use, getting about 200-300 fps.

I recommend nvidia 500. I have that and get 200+ fps. Though the graphics card isn't what really matters. The amount of RAM you have and the processor is what's more important. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think graphics cards mostly just help so you can run HD texture packs and things like Shaders Mod and not get any lag. Again, forgive me if I'm wrong.
