Suggestion For MCG Staff

I applied for moderator for this reason exact! we go on the US and there is up to 6-7 mods at a time! I'm sorry but this needs to be handle or you WILL lose people! It's not much fun any more :l Do you guys understand our point? This is OUR observations and we are trying to help you out but if you dont want our help just say it right now and I will gladly stop.

And Reven if you guys cant except my application can you please have a discussion with the rest of your staff trying to get people in the EU servers if they are from the US or EU . it doesnt really matter if they are from the US I am currently in Reno Nevada and I get perfectly good frames on the EU servers just please consider this!

AS for the topic at hand, we are horribly understaffed in EU. From what I understand, we don't get many applicaitons from eu people. Don't quote me on that, I'll need a sr. staff member to be able to answer that better.

Moderators don't look over applications only Sr.Moderators do. But I don't suggest bothering Sr. staff to look over your application quicker either. Patience is key.

I know but the faster you get EU mods the faster this complaining goes away if you can talk to them?

I agree with you, I my self find when I am on, their is not much mods on, one of the hardest things about the EU servers to moderate is the number of languages on the servers, it would be very helpful to have mods that are able to speak multiple languages. We especially need Russian speaking mods from what I believe there is 2 mods that can speak Russian and a good volume of players on the EU servers speak Russian.
