I thought they just manually added those to the user accounts, but I'm not sure on that.

To redeem a code, you first need to go to our shop. (http://shop.mcgamer.net/) Then, select "Premium Upgrades" and enter in your username. Select the upgrade that the code is for, such as iron donor, and add it to your cart. It should automatically go to the checkout screen. From there, enter in the code into the "Redeem coupons" section and hit "Redeem". If the code works, the "Details" section where you would typically put in all your information will disappear and the payment options will change to "Claim for free". Click that, and you should receive your rank within several minutes.
