Trapped In WorldGuard forcefield.

So, while in the MCGamer hub, I stepped on one of the booting pressure plates, and I flew to the SG Classic wall, and I became trapped in the lobby sign forcefield, and I keep getting kicked for flying. Anyone have any suggestions or can speak to an administrator for help?
