Refund for mutual gain :)

Hey! First I would like to say that I love the MCG Network, I play here for hours, never getting bored. Keep up the good work! But 2 days ago I encountered a little issue. My name is Teo and I recently(2 days ago aprox.) purchased Gold Donor on MCG. I was inteding to buy Diamond Donor a couple of days later, since that would be when my money gets transferred to my paypal account. When it was the black friday sale, I decided to take the chance and buy Gold Donor, since it was a little bit cheaper and I could only just afford it. I bought Gold Donor believing that I would get the disguise command(which I got), where you could disguise yourself to another player, not just remove the Golden name. When I realised that I had to buy Diamond Donor for that I got sad. D:. I said to myself that I would never get Donor on MCG again, since it's costing me too much money. You see, when I planned on buying Diamond I was making it my... last buy on MCG, alot of money for lifetime I thought.

Now the current state I'm in is that I have bought 1 Iron Donor, a little while back. 1 Gold Donor 48h ago, and I'm not satisfied.

So I thought to myself, instead of being sad about it, contact the staff at MCG! So, here I am requesting a "refund". I wouldn't really call it refund, more of a mutual gain. If I get a refund of my Gold Donor, on monday(tommorrow) I will purchase Diamond Donor, which is more expensive than Gold Donor; MCG gains more. And I gain on it by purchasing what I was actually meant to purchase, getting the features that I wanted etc.

Thanks in advance! It would be fabulous if you could "accept" this "deal"!

you can not get a refund with a donation, just like donating to anything else even outside minecraft. But you may be able to get an upgrade from gold to diamond donor if you go on the ts and ask a dev or contact mcsg staff by sending an email to [email protected]

It would be best to email [email protected] but it is not definitely going to happen as MCGamer will not know if you will follow through with the deal, so you will need to discuss it and keep in mind that it will take a while to get a reply as Chad and the admins are extremely busy.

What I suggest, because there's no guarantee that they'll say yes if you ask, is that you create a deal with MCSG. Send an email to [email protected] explaining the situation and ask for a custom transaction from paypal, for maybe $50. Gold donor is $30 and diamond is $75 so the extra five dollars could be for, I don't know, help to the community? And if you don't pay up, you won't get diamond donor. Easy.

Actually, in this case you wouldn't contact [email protected], you would instead contact [email protected]. Message them the same thing you posted on this thread and they should be able to help you.
