Some chests tiered wrong after 1.7.2 update

I've noticed on at least Valleyside and Avaricia that some chests that were previously tier 2 are now tier 1. Was this suppose to happen or is this just a bug?

I've noticed it on many, many servers. My guess is they re-tiered a few to make people's old chest routes less OP (Or more OP, if a tier 1 was changed to a tier 2.)
It could be a bug, but I'm not entirely sure how it would happen on so many servers, the exact same way. Perhaps it was a minor chest update, or perhaps some numbers got messed up in the main database(s)

It MAY be a bug , but the most chances are to be a new update of the chests plugin (I mean tier 1 , tier 2 chests etc. etc.) and they thought it would be better to nerf some of the chests.

Avaricia is one of the maps that had some nerfs, and happens to be one of the maps that have very, very OP Chest routes.
Holiday Resort also had some nerfs, but not as much (I think, at least on my route there's only one tier 2 thats now a tier 1) and that also happens to be a map with some pretty good routes.

I've noticed it on Avaricia, Solar Frost, SG4, Valleyside as those are the main maps I play. Haven't noticed it on any others yet but I haven't checked.

I actually like it, it reminds me of some old school days. Besides, you don't want 5 people running around with full iron and a diamond sword, do you?

Yes, it's a good thing that there's less tier 2's, but I admit it does get a little bit annoying when you have to re-think half of your route, and extend it just to get decent armor.

I don't mind the nerf, I just want confirmation from sr. staff or a dev on whether it's a glitch or suppose to be like this.
