Problem: So I've been having a rough time lately. My internet is really bad, so bad that people actually accuse me of hacking. They think that just because I freeze, then go back that I'm technically hacking.I'm getting really tired of these accusations. I've had this problem before, called up the internet providers, and they fixed it up. For about a month, it worked fine, nothing went wrong. That was until my cousins came over for the weekend, they had a laptop. It took up so much of the internet that neither of us could even log on. Soon after they left, I tested the internet again, and it was even worse this time. For the past few days, I've been lagging on EVERY single server. I honestly don't know what to do anymore. I've tried reaching my internet providers again. They charged us $10 to get the router replaced, but that just made it even worse. I'm quite annoyed right now.

Solution: That's where you, as a community, come in. I need some serious help right now. I'm getting tried of the same negative comments, over, and over, and over again. It's not fun. If any of you would be kind enough to try to help me with this situation, that would be much appreciated. My internet is really slow, and I'm also getting tried of being killed because of this lag. I'm pretty sure it's not server-side, but my side.

For the most of the people , it is mainly about your location and internet. Try restarting your router from the "Restart" button it has , or from wireless , connect it with wires in the computer you play. I've had these problems before and this fixed it.

Tell them to sort the internet out, if it has gone worse, say that you were promised a certain about of internet.
