Just a quick suggestion.

Have a message broadcasted in lobby of previous game results? For example:

Previous Winner: ChadTheDJ
Previous Map: 3

Well, if they won the games then I'm pretty sure they're entitled to show off a little.

And? That's the main reason why I'm suggesting it It targets the good players so they can't just sneak out the back and tank up each round and win.

Also the Previous map is because I've seen a few people trying to get votes on map saying: "We did map 2 last time, do map 1" when it really isn't true.
