Merging stats

Well for this idea might seem a bit hard to understand but I will try and explain it a simply as I can . The idea is to make it so if you have 2 or more accounts you can link them here on the website or on the servers (I don't know how they'll do it from the servers). But before you do all this you must set a password. So basically you log on to this website, go to the 'link accounts' put in all your minecraft usernames AND your password that you set for it, then click OK or whatever and BOOM! all your accounts stats are merged and you can play on one and it will update on the others. To unlink it just go to the 'link accounts' page and remove the usernames you don't want to be linked. I am aware that this might be impossible to do because I'm not sure how stats work on these servers (I predict they use MySQL) But please let me know what you think.

You could make all your friends merge accounts and become Rank 1 easily

No. first of all, its your choice weather you merge with friends but if one gets banned the others would be punished and most people would want to compete with friends. Plus you would only be able to play on 1 at a time, Because if two accounts are tying to update each-other... well, that wouldn't work.

Ok, I'm not saying you're wrong but please explain how you will get rank 1. Merging stats doesn't boost your stats it merges them meaning it will give you an average of both in one stats record. And playing the game after that is just like normal

Let's say I have three friends. I have 250 wins, friend one has 790 wins, friend two has 330 wins, and friend three has 450 wins. Separate from each other, none of you are too high up on the leaderboard. But if you merge all your accounts, suddenly you are in the top 10. This doesn't seem fair to you, does it?
EDIT: I completely misread your thread. I see now that it says average of the stats, not total.

YES! I got angry for a second but thank you, as you read it says AVERAGE! Not PLUS!!!
