Anthem/ Refill

If you could, you can play a little anthem in the arena. And also, put the players' district number in the Tab.

How about awarding an orb of XP to everyone who survived till refill. That way there is a jingle, and it's not OP since an orb is maybe 1/10 the XP bar.

Perhaps something to notify about refill, but the district numbers are fully unecessary. If they wanted to see their district, they would just say something in chat.
