It says there is exceptions, so I guess that's why people apply. People are too cocky and think that they're "amazing" xD I only applied because I talk to Darkrai so I thought it was worth a shot.

Yeah I know that and I'm not trying to have a go at people like you who are known in the community. I was more aiming my comment at the people who's names I haven't heard of ever applying with like 60-100 wins thinking they are top Good and that they are gonna get accepted, when clearly they won't. All you are doing by posting an application like that is just annoying everyone and wasting not just your time, but our time too. This said though, I have no problem with people like you who are known by us.
