The Rule book in the Hub

Hay guys!

I was just thinking as i saw Lots of Rule breakers on the hub and i was trying to calm them down. I was thinking. It would be very easy if new players can read the rules as they tend to not follow them.
Even though there is a warp. People dont go to it.

A shiny book is more attractive!

And the warp rules are not as specific as the ones on the site, and the lobby lacks them altogether, so I think this will be very useful.

This would be very helpful. Kind of like the rule book from the old MCSG lobby. Then there would be no excuse for noobs to say they didn't know the rules when they go and break one.

More people are likelier to open a book when they're bored in hub than warp to some weird place, or to go read the rules on the forums.

I know, and I agree. I'm just saying that the book idea itself isn't the most popular either.
