So yeah, a great new perk for donating would be the ability to join the fun community that is the hub, without the pretentious spammers because at this point, I can't even get through to someone I want to talk to.

I think what he's trying to say is that the chat in the gun should only be available to donators+. Meaning that if you're a non donor you will not be able to chat in the hub.

I think he is kind of talking about a thing like the Hive. The Non-Donors can't talk or see people, and there is a quote on quote 'Donor Hub'.

Why should they not have the choice to be social because they don't have the money to pay to the servers?

But it's unfair because not everyone is able to donate for many different reasons. No I am not referring to myself, I could donate anytime I wanted.

Exactly, Donors don't equal mature, respectful people. Some are bound to act immature and do the same as normal members. Because well they are normal members, they just have money to spend.
