Servers With an Emphasis on Survival

Recently mcsg has been adding loads of samll maps designed for quick games and alot of pvp. Many of the larger maps don't get voted and if they do they usually play out the same anyway. So here is my idea I would love to see servers where large maps are taken and alot of chests are taken out then the ones that are left would be filled with less items. ie tier 1 would have a piece of food maybe a wood sword, leather armour, an arrow, etc. and tier two would have a stone sword and a piece of chain.
It would also be great if the chests were randomised so some wern't filled so that you have to explore and you wouldn't be able to build chest routes. Also add mobs

To summerise servers with large maps less chests and less items in the chests to really focus on survival.

A chest update is coming soon, which, among other things, brings back v1 chests to replace the v2 chests (which have been notorious for taking away the survival games aspect of the game).

Sounds great but I would still love to have mobs back and have fewer chests

My opinions:
The number of chests is fine
The contents of the chests should be reverted to v1 (glad to see that that's being fixed, thanks Forairan :3)
I'd like mobs back
More large maps
Totally random voting (I see how this can't work though, due to the sheer number of maps these days)

I started playing just before mobs got removed, but in the small time I did get to play with mobs, I hated it. I know heaps of people want mobs to be re-added, and I really don't see why. As for the chests, they are fine the way they are. Any fewer and the forums will soon be flooded with complaints.
