Teamspeak suggestion

If you are really so concerned about having people in their early 20s talking to kids couldn't you simply just make some channels for people who are over 20 and anyone can join of their own accord but that way they will be aware that they are joining a chat with older players.
Just an idea

Personally, I hate this idea. It puts unnecessary restrictions on people above the age of 20. It's like you're making some cage for them and locking them in. They're not animals, they're just the same as you or me and they deserve the privileges you and I deserve.

Also, all the developers and Chad are over 20. So I guess they can't go in any other channel besides the office and the 20+ channels.

No, and here's my reasoning. If you are on the internet or teamspeak or whatever, you should know the basic rules. You should know there are people that you will never be fully comfortable with. If you aren't comfortable with a person, ask them to leave you alone, leave the channel, or something, but don't report them for making you uncomfortable. We have plenty of other channels if you aren't comfortable with someone. If someone is harassing you, that's when you report them. To have channels over for 20+ people makes no sense. How would it be moderated so the 20+ people can't go to other channels? Sure there are creeps on the internet, I've known plenty in my time.
