Some threads should stay at top

I've noticed there are a couple threads that are permanently at the very top of the forum section. These are only Guides and such made by moderators and above. But some of the members have made some useful guides too! bart has made a speed optimization guide, which is quite useful, and a how to record your screen guide. Someone else (idk name) has made a list of things you can do in the lobby. With some editing, those should be official guides that stay at the top of the page. I know as more things like this come, the top might be flooded with permanent topics, but you can always remove some and always keep the more important ones.
Of course, only mods can do this.

problem is, hardly any new member to the community as is read the 'no-no suggestions' thread... which is annoying as hell...
but yeah if there are some really helpful threads i don't see why the mods can't 'stick' them to the top of the forums, particularly if they help with strategy or computer performance!

Definitely, I'm just saying there are useful things and they should be at the top. If anyone could do it, everyone would make sure there posts are at the top.

Maybe if we think a thread is worthy of staying at the top we message a moderator or someone to poke someone that does make the decision? I'm going to assume that's Sr. Mods +. If whoever we messaged thinks it's good enough and useful enough to stay at the top, then it stays.
