Sponsor Gambling

Hi all,

I am new to MCSG, but I have started playing a fair amount. I have had an idea as to how we can make playing as a sponsor more interesting. I propose that we add Sponsor Gambling to the servers. What Sponsor Gambling is, is when a sponsor gives items to a tribute, the Sponsor is then Gambling on that tribute. If that tribute wins, then the sponsor could not only get their points back, but gain more for Gambling. The more points/items Gambled on a tribute, the more points are rewarded for winning. To avoid point farming, a multiplier of 2x might prove to see that this is not exploited. What this means, is that if someone Gambles on more than one person, and one of them wins, they would not be given more points back than they originally put in.

I don't approve of this, people can just sponsor the person with the best stuff (iron armor and diamond sword) for free points.

I completely agree.

The only real way I can see this working, is if you can only gamble on players before the game begins.
