Sponsor Idea.

Do you know those times when there is a massive team at corn taking over so you can't craft?
Well how about players have the ability to sponsor a crafting table?

I know half of the community will say this is a bad idea because of players glitching up to places you cant get to. But how about the crafting table Isn't a block and is something maybe half the size of a crafting table or like a portable thing you can right click on that will open a crafting table?

Don't get me wrong, but I think this wouldn't be hard to code, it would be like placing a cake, but it's a crafting table. (I'm not a Java Developer, but I think this would be easy to code, same as a cake).

As good as this idea may sound it far too overpowered. I mean... we are talking about a portable crafting resource.

Im sorry but even if Id like to, Ill have to say no to this idea.


EDIT: As ive read the post above me I must say that, if it were a one time use item, it could work out... but still, Im not sure thats posible or easy to code into the servers.

I think this could make for an interesting sponsor item. But so that it's not overpowered, how about you can place it somewhere but you can't break it and pick it up afterwards? So you can have it sponsored to you, place it down where you need it and craft, but not take it back down to move it somewhere else.
This could also be a powerful item to block with. Since you couldn't destroy it, it would permanently trap someone in a certain spot if you used it well. Or it could be used to delay someone, because it's a full block.

You can go 1 block higher than you normally can once. I don't think it's that big of a deal. And then people can follow you up too, since you can't break it.
