/dm force start death match

What if there was a /dm command similar to /vote. If more than 12 players type the command in game death match starts in 30 seconds

Dude.... First of all if you are in a sg against a 12 man team you are screwed anyway....
Wouldn't you rather waste 5 mins on a game instead of 30?

This is where I shine. If I know that there is four people left (including me) with the other three as a team, I would try and get chests while hiding around the map in the process. Sorry but i don't like your idea.

There are too many ways for trolling and for unfairness. Cool as it would be, it is not nessisary as finding the people is half the game. and the time limit isn't too long anyways when waiting for d match. Plus you get another sponsors refill, and that's always beneficial.

Yes, it'll pretty much be run off to find chests, get decked, type the command. Every solo player would be doomed, and it would be even more unfair to people who have nothing, or leather armour etc. There would be no more hunting (or running away from) people, it would just become a giant bloodbath every game.

The idea MIGHT work. Here's how: If deathmatch is wanted early, you can type in /v dm.
After you vote, it will show how many players out of all players in-game have voted /v dm, AND it will give you the percentage. Once 75% of the players in-game vote /v dm, it will give you a one minute warning before Dmatch. Let me make this clear: 75% at one time. That way, If there are 24 players, 18 votes will be required to force dmatch. If there are 20, 15 will be required to force dmatch. If there are 16, then 12. If 12, then 9. If 8, then 6. If 4, then 3.

That way, a huge team can't start dmatch right away and unfairly. Just an idea I had to make this suggestion more fair.

Hmm... It's a nice idea but what if it's really late game, most people have died but you managed to avoid conflict for the entire game and you're going around the edge of the map to gather some tools and such and BAM. You get teleported to the corn vs 2 guys with diamond swords and iron armour

How does that work, again? That's the current system we have... You vs 2 other guys...
Did you read my post? Where 75% of the people have to vote to force...

dude, it would force deathmatch anyways if you are left with 2 other guys.
