Start with 100 points

I like that the new minimum amount of points you can lose or get is 5, but now I've been noticing that lots of people have 1-10 points only. I've never seen someone with that low of a score before the minimum points became 5. I would like to suggest that the amount of points you start with be moved up to 150-200 so that people don't have scores that low.

Even if you moved up the default score to 150-200, people would still be able to get 1-10 points. Also, why do you mind if they have so few points?

I know they would still be able to get down that low, it would just take longer. I care because I don't like seeing people with scores that low, and you can't take as many points from them if they don't have enough points to take (or can you?)

No, you still take 5, even if they're at 0. If they are higher and closer to your score you get more points from them though.
