I think that this is actually a really cool idea, and one that doesn't have many downsides. Donors would get an extra perk that wouldn't interfere with anyone else. There would have to be a decision of whether they can put passwords on their channels, manage talk power, etc., but if that was decided I have no issues with this suggestion.

I saw on another Teamspeak, that the donors were able to move people to their channels and no one else could join, and the donors didn't have the move ability for other channels. I think this is better than a password because people could spread the password to other people and the owner might not like that.

That sounds like a great idea, especially for clans and stuff, would cut down on people using different channels for different purposes. (e.g. there's a TF2 channel for a reason)
